Is anybody using this controller at 100 mbps, full duplex, on x86_64?

After autonegotiating 100mbps/full, it begins leaking packets like a sieve.
Other machines on this 100mbps switch do not have any issues chatting
@100mbps. Pings to this box drop about 30% packets, there are no errors
logged to syslog. If I turn off autonegotating and force this machine to
use 10mbps/full, packet loss disappears.
I'm on the 2.6.13 kernel -- none of the 2.6.15 boot on this box yet, for
other unrelated reasons.
