my fc 4 isnt yum'y enough!

Why parameter "-F"? If yum is really not installed, then that command
does nothing going forward.

rpm -Uvh
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/4/i386/yum-2.4.1-1.fc4.noarch.rpm
