There's also nothing in the 'DENY' policies. Would it need to be explicitly 'ACCEPT'ed?The problem may be with Comcast provisioning. 
They installed a "support" program on my PC when I first connected and when I stopped that process I had to go through the provisioning process again. I just want to make sure the problem isn't on my end before I call Comcast.Bruce
