Help! /dev/null: Read-only file system

Hallo!

I am running more than 10 fc2 servers, and now 2 of them have come up with
the same error-message when booting:

/etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit: line 195: /dev/null: Read-only file system

Ar first the servers seemed to be running without a problem, but when I
restarted them the message above was displayed, and the booting prosess
stops.

This is obviously very serious!! Can anyone help me on this??!
