Backup programs recomendations

I've been using bacula (www.bacula.org) for several months now and am
very satisfied with it.  I'm backing up to tape, but it does support
backups to DVD, although that feature is less mature.  It also allows
backup of the MS files that are normally locked, supports bare-metal
recovery, and can back up MS, Mac, and most varieties of Unix platforms.
