up2date vs. yum

Yeah, it works fine for me, too.  The list it gives is the same as
what yum ends up installing.  I'm using a non-upgrade install of FC4. 
Maybe if you do an upgrade, something breaks?  Perhaps a config file
doesn't upgrade smoothly?
