MAC --> IP address?

Where are you when you need to know?  If you're on the local network
you could do a 'ping -b xxx.xxx.xxx.255 where the xx's are your
local network address and then an 'arp -a' to see the mac/IP
relationships.  Or perhaps 'nmblookup netbios_name' to use the
windows lookup mechanism.  If you are on the other side of the
router, this becomes a lot harder.
