MAC --> IP address?

Just set a static IP address outside the DHCP pool in the range 
configured on the gateway, just as you would to forward a port.

On XP in Network Connections for your interface you may be able 
to use the Advanced settings to use a static at home and regular 
DHCP everywhere else.
