I suppose you have yum installed and configured your mirrors.
So next install yum-utils package which provides yumdownloader
% yum install yum-utils
To download SRPMs for installed packages do (i.e. yum)
% yumdownloader --source yum [yum-utils] [yum...]
Now you can install the source rpm and start work.
