Thanks. I found it, but in a different place: Control Center -> Look
and Theme  -> Fonts (translated). I am playing with the settings, but
as I must close and reopen applications to see the changes, it is
slow. I have given up making screen shots of all the combinations.

Truth is, when there is no font smooting, the text is easier to read.
Even if it is chunky. I did not look in the windows machine to check
it's settings, as it is turned off and they will not corospond
directly to the settings in linux anyway. I will spend some time with
this. Thank you.
