You must erase a CD-RW before you can burn a new image to it. Tools ->
Erase CD-RW.

I take the media test with a grain of salt. I usually burn a CD, then
mount it and the image, then diff -R the two. That tells me if the
data areas of the CD are good, which is my main concern.
