Maybe.  Maybe they will explore other new options. Kadischi does 
generate live cd's from a collection of packages which is quite useful. 
Others doing such things doesnt negate the usefulness of it for the 
Fedora Project and its pretty good example of some projects done 
actively from community with help from Red Hat.
