rpm -ivh http://rpm.livna.org/livna-release-5.rpm
That will install the livna repository files and key.

Then:

yum install ipw2200-firmware

All done!

Now just use the System Admin/Network tool to configure it.
or
Enable NetworkManager and NetworkManagerDispatcher and disable network -- 
Do it this way if you roam wireless networks.
