How do i install iptables-1.3.5 on RHEL4 AS U2

Hi

How do i install iptables-1.3.5 on RHEL4 AS U2

in the INSTALL, it says

make KERNEL_DIR=<<where-you-built-your-kernel>>

I believe there is no kernel source rpms in RHEL4, the above steps
require Kernel source

How do I proceed
