Burning backup to dvd

I'm assuming that I should do this as user 'amanda', since she owns the files.
Amanda is a member of group disk, and disk has write access to the /Backup
directory.
Using
mkisofs -joliet -uid 0 -gid 0 -file-mode 444 -dir-mode 555
-output /Backup/mybackup.iso
I get 'mkisofs: Missing pathspec.'
What am I doing wrong?
