problem with httpd-2.2.0-5.1.2 after the latest FC5 httpd update

Do you have:

LoadModule proxy_module modules/mod_proxy.so

in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf ?

I haven't needed to disable mod_proxy_ajp here, and "httpd -M" shows it 
loaded OK:
