For one adobe hasn't released even a closed source flash version > 7,
so there is nothing any Linux contributor can do (unless he's empolyed
by Adobe ;).

Any even if it is released it is closed source, so will not be found
in Fedora Core/Extras.

And even in 3rd party repos only one has permission to
package/redistribute it.

Pick your hurdle ;)
