Kyum: /var/log/yum.log, could not be opened for reading.

the parent directory permissions are:

drwxr-xr-x  root root system_u:object_r:root_t         /
drwxr-xr-x  root root system_u:object_r:var_t          /var
drwxr-xr-x  root root system_u:object_r:var_log_t      /var/log
