Info about kdict to act as translator

Hi all,

I discovered kdict, and I think is a good alternative to use everytime
online web translator.

I found it already configured to use dict.org.
I see that there are a lot of definition, but, for example, I'm not able
to use eng-ita dictionary.

There is a way to do it.
There is a possibility to install dictd locally using the eng-ita?

Someone can point me on how to do it?
