cpuspeed stuck in lowest speed after hibernate ?

I'm seeing the same thing with 2.6.17-1.2145 on a Thinkpad T40.  I
haven't had a chance to check with earlier kernels. I haven't found
any way to speed the cpu back up without rebooting.
