KDE KMenu : how to repair / restore / reinstall ?

If you have just updated KDE, reboot your computer first.
Then:
mv ~/.config/menus ~/.config/menus.bak
kbuildsycoca --noincremental

You'll lose any personalization you may have done in the menu.
