Amavisd does not start

I do not think that either of these directly relate to me. I am running 
2.6.16-1.2122_FC5 x86_64, so 199014 does not apply as that is FC6. 
199044 seems to only relate to cpuspeed, whereas I am unable to run 
amavisd and sometimes clamd.amavisd.
