You need to tell how the route by which you get this mail. Mail works in 
many different ways and the means to block it will vary according to 
your setup.

Are you running your own mail server? What software? Do you get your 
mail from an ISP's server?

You need to provide this sort of information before anyone will be able 
to help you.
