Actually, it is OK....you just don't have the patience to wait till all
the mirrors are sync'd.

So, if you can't wait....

Edit your /etc/yum.repos.d/fedora-core.repo file and uncomment the
baseurl and comment out the mirror list and run again.

When you are done, go back and edit the repo file to put it back to
pointing a mirrors.

I still can't figure out what all the fuss is about.  You can't park the
shinny new bits in your driveway to impress the neighbors.
