FC2 or Centos 4?

David,

I'd go with Centos.  We've got three servers running here and have not
seen problem one.  They are only file servers (samba and NFS), but have
been very stable.  Plus, if you are familiar with Fedora/Redhat admin,
then Centos is pretty much a no-brainer.
