I find this a real pain and end up cut/paste to a file and then doing
something like the following (if necessary)
fold -s -w 140

then run this small, crude script on the file
#!/bin/bash
DIR=`dirname $1`
BASE=`basename $1`
#echo $DIR  $BASE
enscript --margin '40:::' -L 100 -j -o - -M A4 -f Clean8 \ --header='$n|
%W|Page $% of $=' $1>/tmp/${BASE}.ps
gv /tmp/${BASE}.ps
rm /tmp/${BASE}.ps

I do the same for cut/paste from web pages when necessary

There must be a better way !!!!

John
