I mean:

fedora-newrpmspec videotrans

This will generate videotrans.spec, which will contain *no* 
videotrans-specific information other than the package name. You need to 
fill that in yourself. You really need to read some of the rpm-building 
guides, such as:

And be sure to build your packages as a regular user rather than as root:
