Cannot start X Server

I have a FC4 installed. This server has been working for several months. Recently, I rebooted the server for some reason. When it boots-up, i got the error message saying "Cannot start the X server and the video is not configured correctly...." From there, the server is stuck the keyboard is not responding anymore.

What is the best way that i can start up the server normally?
