On-access, real-time virus scanning on FC5?[Scanned]

Hi guys,

I'm looking for an on access virus scanner for FC5, that is ok for 
commercial use.

Is there such a thing? I have managed to get our enterprise SophosAV to 
install, but there is no real-time scanning due to its lack of support 
for a more recent kernel.

Any ideas?
