YES!

FC5 updated has all the fixes for FC5 that have been released and tested
and are considered stable.

FC6t1 has the FC5 base plus all the changes that are being put into FC6.
It may not have all the same apps or versions and will have some things
that are still being tested.  In some ways it is the same, in others it
is radically different.
