sendmail - how to force queued mail to be sent

$ cat /etc/sysconfig/sendmail
DAEMON=yes
QUEUE=5m

	The above is my mail server's settings.  I believe the default was
something like QUEUE=1h (which means 1 hour).  Change this setting to
whatever your needs might be.
