How does one access clipboard in Gnome?

Dear List,

How can one access clipboard settings in Gnome? For basic functionality of
copy and paste,one doesn't need to access. But, I want to store a number
of items and want to be able access them.

This functionality is available in KDE. Is it in Gnome?
