Tough problems when compiling

Well, folks, it seems that I found the source of the problems. Back when
I installed FC4, I found out that there were no flash player/plugin for
64 bits, so I removed firefox 64 and installed firefox 32, then the
plugin installed correctly. This generated a chain of dependencies in 32
bits, that now surface by having, for example, two different libgnome
(different versions!!!!) one in 32 (2.8.0-2) and one in 64 (2.10.0-3).
This also has its derivations, and I can trace the only 32 bit
requirement to firefox. 

So, is there any way to avoid this inconsistency in versions, while
keeping firefox32 (since Macromedia still refuses to give flash player
in 64 - UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!), or should I have to uninstall flash,
firefox, all 32 things, and then try again?

Any ideas or help will be appreciated.
