where to submit upgrade suggestions for "extras"?

i agree, rday.  perhaps if bugzilla would have a simplified pathway for 
"feature request" bugs as you suggest.  that way it could al be 
contained in the bugzilla database, but the end (and perhaps simple) 
user would have an easier time making the submission.
