FC5: Where is xorg-x11-devel package ?

pirut, the add remove software program allows you to be able to select X 
development packages.

The files are under /usr/bin, usr/lib and the like now. There is no 
X11R6 equivalent directory for modular X.

It looks like the packages are all split. I selected all 43 available 
and it puled in some dependencies also. I believe the packages are split 
  and distributed amongst the development packages.
