Like many people, I have twice as much download bandwidth as upload. Due to
this fact I always used to recommend that people make their seed available
for twice as long as it took to download. My worst experience was when I got
to 99% downloaded then stuck there for more than 24-hours before I found a
seen able to complete my download.
