ChainSaw and LogFactor5 come with the log4j package, so you cannot
remove them independently of log4j.

To remove a package,
su to root, and use "yum remove <packagename>

In your case, 

yum remove epiphany ethereal evolution

or 

yum remove epiphany ethereal evolution log4j
