NetworkManager. It's in Extras. Install it, then go to 
system-config-services (in Gnome) and (at least in runlevel 5) uncheck 
network, then check NetworkManager and NetworkManagerDispatcher. You can 
have network and NetworkManager running at the same time but sometimes 
they will both try to make a connection to different things at the same 
time, so I stopped doing that.
