Problem building YASR

Hi people,
I am trying to build YASR on my FC4 box. When running the ./configure 
script, I get this output:

[root at bob yasr-0.6.7]# ./configure
checking for a BSD-compatible install... /usr/bin/install -c
checking whether build environment is sane... configure: error: newly 
created fi
le is older than distributed files!
Check your system clock
[root at bob yasr-0.6.7]#

How do I check the system clock? And what am I looking for when I get there?
