Because, as has been explained here several times, the list owner has no 
way to find out which of the many users is useing the mail relay that 
actually hits uol and generates the C/R.  And, as far as he knows, 
there are no subscribers to these lists from uol.com.br.  uol.com.br 
sells this service as a value added feature and ignores all the hoopla 
it creates, apparently not considering how much of an imposition it is 
on those to whom uol.com.br is just another spammer.  Which AFAIAC is 
one of the more civilized terms I apply to those jerks...

People having trouble with vz bouncing email to me should add the word
'online' between the 'verizon', and the dot which bypasses vz's
stupid bounce rules.  I do use spamassassin too. :-)
