Does terminal mode have equivalent DOS feature?

Besides the more and less command other have pointer out, you also
have a limited scroll back buffer. Try doing a Shift-Page Up and
Shift-Page Down. But if you change to another VT, you lose the
contents of the buffer. (Oh yes, both more and less are more
powerful then the DOS more command.)
