console on FC4

The Ctrl-Alt-F[1-6] don't work for any video card. I have installed FC4 on
more than a hundred machines with differenct configs. Alt-F2 is available
during installation tho. WIth FC3, it works fine on the same hardware so
it's not hardwarerelated.
