mount Win partitions

I can't fine a graphical device in FC4 that lets me mount and set to
mount automatically on boot my NTFS and FAT32 Windows partitions (dual
boot system; hda1 and hda5). System Tools, Disk Management only shows
the disks already mounted. How does a nongeek do this? There was always
a way to do it with Mandrake 10.1.

PS--on my external HDD, FC4 mounts the FAT32 but claims not to be able
to recognize the NTFS partition.
