mount Win partitions

Windows filesystems don't support Linux/Unix file protection and 
ownership, so you can't use chmod or chown on them.

Options in fstab or mount command is the only place where you can 
change the permissions of NTFS filesystems. NTFS filesystems are 
mounted read-only by default.
