For torrents you must restrict the uplaod speed to something less than 
your link can support, in order to leave room for the other handshaking 
needed to regulate the download.

People having trouble with vz bouncing email to me should add the word
'online' between the 'verizon', and the dot which bypasses vz's
stupid bounce rules.  I do use spamassassin too. :-)
