where are my suspend and switch user menu?

Hi,
I have upgraded my laptop (IBM Thinkpad A30)  from FC4 to FC5 and I 
don't see the suspend menu that supposed to be in System->suspend? I 
searched yum using "yum search suspend" and it returns apmd and I have 
it installed.

what package should I install to get the switch user option?
