Fedora Core 5 issues on upgrading

Just upgraded from Fedora Core 4 tonight.
Main issues:

1) network configuration was screwed (I had eth0 NIC, eth1 NIC and
eth2 as ISDN Fritz card: after upgrading Fritz card was eth1 and as
consequence nothing worked on Internet).After some tuning, everything
seems o.k.
2) I had to upgrade immediately squid, as the package was not working,
it didn't start either at boot-time or afterwards
3) I had support for MP3 on Rhythmbox, that was deleted during
upgrade.I had to re-install from freshrpms
4) when I open a radio, Rhythmbox is started but the stream is not
played automatically as in Fedora Core 4
5) Webmin, that I couldn't use any more until I did a major update
with hard disk running but no operation and slow-down of operation: no
idea what repaired it.
