I assume you are talking about x86_64 running on AMD/Intel CPU, right?
A. Most/all of the Fedora software is running natively in 64bit mode.
B. 64bit Fedora can run i386 software out of the box. (OpenOffice, 32bit
Firefox, 32bit Games, etc)
