NIC problems after upgrading to fc5

After upgrading to FC5, I am getting the error:
tulip_stop_rxtx() failed

repeatedly in dmesg / kernel log output, and my network card won't come
up. The machine worked Ok after the initial kernel upgrade, but after
doing an upgrade (via yum), I can't get the network card to work (either
via DHCP or by manual configuration).

Any suggestions? I can try to provide any other information that might
be helpful.
