problem with parallel port and comm.jar api

The JavaComm library used the comm.jar and a native library (something
ending with .so, depending on the JavaComm pacakge you use). If you copied
the comm.jar from the old RedHat system to a newer system you should also
copy the .so file and make sure it's in the system library path.
